• Inspect Upon Arrival: When your delivery driver arrives, you are encouraged to open your package and inspect your items while the driver waits.

• Confirm Your Order: This is the time to double-check that the colors, styles, and sizes are exactly what you ordered.

• No Try-Ons: For hygiene and safety reasons, you cannot try the pieces on while the delivery driver is waiting.

• Decision Time: If you aren't happy with the items or the size looks incorrect, you can hand them back to the driver right then and there.

Final Sale Policy

• Once You Pay, It’s Yours: Once you have inspected the items and paid the delivery driver, the sale is considered final.

• No Returns or Refunds: After the driver leaves, we cannot accept any returns, exchanges, or refund requests. This policy helps us guarantee that every piece we sell is 100% fresh and has never been handled or worn by anyone else.
